Rae Lynn Guerrero, Au.D, CCC-A
Rae Guerrero is a Doctor of Audiology and co-owner of Trinity Audiology Specialists, PLLC. She attended Lamar University, where she graduated Cum Laude with her Bachelor of Science in Communications Disorders in 2008 and received her Doctorate in Audiology in 2013. After graduation, Dr. Guerrero began working for Trinity Hearing and Balance Center, where she specializes in adult diagnostics and amplification. She eventually purchased the practice in 2015 with her colleague, Dr. Stacy Kuykendall.
Dr. Guerrero is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology and a member of the Texas Academy of Audiology. She holds her Certificate of Clinical Competency in Audiology (CCC-A) through the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. Dr. Guerrero is a Licensed Audiologist in the great state of Texas. She is a member of the Port Arthur Sertoma Club.
Dr. Guerrero lives in Nederland, Texas with her husband, Samuel, and their two children, Liliana and Ezra.
Stacy Kuykendall, Au.D., CCC-A
Stacy Kuykendall is a Doctor of Audiology and co-owner of Trinity Audiology Specialists, PLLC. Dr. Kuykendall is a native of central Texas. She studied Communication Sciences and Disorders at Baylor University. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in 2009. She received her Doctor of Audiology degree from Lamar University in 2013. Dr. Kuykendall was employed at Southeast Texas Ear, Nose, and Throat, LLC for 2 years following graduation.
She specializes in the evaluation and management of tinnitus and the treatment of hearing loss, including hearing instrument technology. She is certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association, and is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology.
Dr. Kuykendall has made Southeast Texas her forever home and looks forward to becoming a part of the Jefferson and Hardin County communities. She spends her free time kayaking and enjoying time with her family and friends.
Patient Care Coordinator
Bonnie Borel is the Patient Care Coordinator at Trinity Audiology Specialists, PLLC. She started working for Trinity Hearing and Balance Center in 2008 after retiring from Jefferson County with 25 years of service. Ms. Bonnie does not meet a stranger, and she enjoys interacting with each of our patients.
Ms. Bonnie enjoys staying active in the community. In the past, she volunteered with the Hospitality Center, was a member of St. Peter’s choir, the Texas Court Association, Secretarial Science Organization, and she recently registered to attend Eucharistic Minister classes to serve in her Catholic parish.
When not at work, Ms. Bonnie enjoys spending time with her family and friends, cooking, gardening, and listening to music
Patient Care Coordinator
Rachel Wagner is a Patient Care Coordinator with Trinity Audiology Specialists. She was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. In 1996, she moved to Dothan, Alabama where she worked as a Case Manager for 18 years with a local law firm. Also, while living in Alabama she served as a Youth/Children Director for 13 years and volunteered with the Miracle League for the handicap, American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, Dothan Rescue Mission, Salvation Army, and local retirement homes.
Rachel and her husband, John, recently moved to Texas to be closer to their children. They have a son, Michael, married with one child and a daughter, Madison, married with two children. Rachel enjoys spending time with family, meeting people, serving those in need and cooking but, most of all, spoiling her grand children Nathan, Jonah, and Dakota.
