If hearing aids are no longer working properly, established patients have the option to drop off the instruments to be cleaned or repaired during office hours. Once the hearing aids are working properly the patient will be called for pick up. Repairs will usually fall under the warranty; however, if the warranty has expired, it is still possible to repair most hearing aids for a small fee. Depending on the manufacturer, most purchased repairs will include a one year warranty. The audiologist will provide the patient with necessary details before an out of warranty repair is made. If the patient would like to speak with the audiologist about a repair, programming, or physical adjustments, a scheduled appointment is required.
